¿Qué hace, en tu opinión, a un buen estratega?

Alguien capaz de sostener la mirada amplia y el detalle más pequeño al mismo tiempo. La estrategia sin empatía es pura teoría; el mejor trabajo empieza entendiendo de verdad a las personas, su contexto y la tensión que están viviendo.

¿Qué haces cuando no estás trabajando?

Vivo por la música en vivo: descubrir shows nuevos y perseguir conciertos por la ciudad. Leo mucho sobre diseño, cultura y comportamiento humano, y siempre estoy detrás del próximo film, podcast o álbum que me haga ver las cosas distinto.

Está la habilidad y está el talento. ¿Cuál es un talento natural que siempre has tenido?

Conectar puntos. Tengo facilidad para encontrar patrones entre cosas que no tienen nada que ver — la letra de una canción, una campaña de marca, una conversación — y convertirlos en una idea que se siente inesperada pero inevitable.

Si pudieras cerrar los ojos y transportarte a cualquier lugar ahora mismo, ¿a dónde irías?

A un club de jazz pequeño, con un buen sistema de sonido, luz tenue y un público que fue a escuchar de verdad. De preferencia en un lugar donde nunca haya estado, descubriendo a un artista por primera vez.
